- Rules and Information:
Exit out of city park go clockwise on the Dike Road (Rosenberry
Drive) then E on River Rd. Go north onto new section of
Centennial Trail. There will be an aid station at River Road
where the Centennial Trail meets. Take L onto Beebe Blvd. to L
on road that parallels the river (road unnamed as of today) and
turn around at cul-de-sac and come back to city park. There will
be an aid station here at cul-de-sac.
Each participant is responsible to know the race course. There
will be volunteers and markings, but a little knowledge before
hand will go a long way. Maps will be available at Saturday's
Registration. If you have specific questions regarding the
course, bring them to the pre-race meeting.
1. Make sure you know the course! The course will be well
marked.
2. Run number must be on front at the finish line. We need the
tag!!
3. There are three aid stations on the run course.

- Rules and Information:
1. ANSI/Snell helmets must be worn and the chin strap rule will
be enforced. No bike inspection. Please have your bike inspected
before coming to the race.
2. You will not be allowed out of the transition area without
your helmet on and straps buckles.
3. Your bike must be properly racked before you are allowed out
on the run. Bike must have bike label on to get in and out of
the transition area at the end of the race, for your security.
You must rack your own bike!
4. Go slow in transition area!! This is the most dangerous place
on the bike ride. Walk you bike only until you have exited. You
do not have to wear your race number (bib) on the bike, but your
helmet and bike tag should be visible.
5. Bike course is not closed off to traffic. For your safety,
please be careful and obey all traffic rules, volunteers,
police, etc. Stay on the right shoulder, DO NOT cut corners on
the uphill portion. The shoulder is wide enough most of the way
except for passing. You will be disqualified on the spot if you
cross out of the right hand lane into the second lane!
7. No aid stations are available on the bike course. Be sure to
take enough fluid with you.
8. You are responsible for the condition of your bike. Have it
checked before you come to the race. There will be help at the
transition area for emergency repairs.
9. Don't draft! Three bike lengths, 15 seconds to pass, you must
pass or drop back. 1) Warning 2) one minute penalty 3)
Disqualified. DQ will be posted before awards.
